First Time Registration

The Cell Counter application is connected to the Microsoft Azure Cloud, providing an option for managing and accessing your cell count data from any location. Simply visit the Portal on and login with your credentials. Once logged in, you will have access to your personalized customer environment. 

The first person to register the newly purchased device will become the admin for this environment. As the admin, you will have a complete overview of projects and cell counts associated with your device.

Registering your device 

  1. Install the application via and connect the cell counter to the laptop/tablet. 
  2. If this is the first time using the application, you will have to create an account and register the device. Click on the "Register here" button and fill in the registration form. On the registration page, provide the necessary details, including the organization name in which you want the device to be registered. The organization name much be unique, including details of your research group if applicable. 
  3. After creating an account, you need to register your device. Log in with your newly created account, and you will be prompted to register your device. The devices are pre-registered with a license key, thus a physical license key is not necessary. Simply press the "Activate" button to complete the registration process.
