I have started an experiment, but some scans are missing in the Portal.* | If the device has some scans that are not uploaded, it could be the case that the laptop went into sleep mode after a certain time. Check the sleep settings in your local computer via Power, sleep, and battery settings and confirm that the screen and sleep settings are all set to never. Furthermore, verify that the parameter "When I close the lid" is set to "Do nothing" in the control panel or search for Change what closing the lid does. If this is the case, contact Technical Support for further help. |
